Bei Unklarheiten betreffend der Anzahl an Anteilen am besten einfach immer direkt zur Quelle gehen, auf der zweiten Seite des SEC Form 20-F findet man jedes Jahr die jüngste Anzahl an outstanding ordinary shares (Class A und B), welche zum 31.12.2023 genau 127,011,481 betrug, also aktuell ca. 63,5 Millionen ADS. Stand jetzt hat das Shelf Offering auch noch nichts daran geändert. - “The primary advantages of a shelf registration statement are timing and certainty.
