Three independent investment groups are at late stage due diligence on the company, its operations and strategy and future revenues form satellite communication contracts. All personnel have agreed to take a 50% to 75% pay deferment to ensure the company is able to meet its current commitments which includes the satellite build contract and improvements to its proprietary software to be used in the satellites. Directors are putting substantial time into the company and are not receiving any payment of fees at this time, however are incentivised by equity to achieve a listing of shares in the future.

This is the primary focus of the board and executive management, to ensure the company has sufficient capital to meet its commitments of finalising the manufacture of an initial 16 satellites, establish a contract with a ground control terminal, and establish a contract for launch of satellites. The date for launch of the first 8 satellites is proposed for early 2024, due to demand for launch pads.

Completion of the audits is subject to completing a substantial private equity raise of between US$15m and US$25m and also the audit opinion from two accounting firms must be consistent with each other.

Dear Christian, The latest update that I can provide is as follows: The company is currently having two audits completed on its June 2022 financial accounts – one to meet IFRS reporting requirements and one to PCOAB reporting requirements to meet US regulations. This is to ensure the company meets both regulatory financial reporting requirements for a proposed future listing of shares in Australia or a new listing of shares in USA.

Hi Christian The plan for 2023 are to build and launch satellites in May and October (based upon current plan) I cannot predict the future value of the shares as new capital will dilute current shareholder value however the satellite operation will assist in driving value as the company generates income I cannot say if the company will be listed on an exchange however directors are actively looking at that and if so, they will become tradeable again Regards Andrew
