Komplett irre, 39% plus und vorher wollte die Aktie keiner haben .Ich geb hier kein Stück aus der Hand. Mein ,,persönliches,, Ziel sind 70 usd oder 60 Euro, jetzt freue ich mich über das schöne Plus im Depot ( ist meine 2 größte Position nach Apple) und auf das eintrudeln der monatlichen Dividende. Gern mecker ich wieder wenn es nicht läuft 😆😆

Für so einen soliden Dividendenzahler ist hier ja ganz schön viel Bewegung drin.

Frag mich warum der Kurs nicht aus den Pötten kommt. Bin mit 41,60 Euro dabei. Am 16,11 kommen wieder ca. 120,00 Euro Dividende aufs kto. Versüsst das Warten auf bessere Zeiten. Die monatlichen Dividendenzahlungen sind ne feine Sache.

(SLG)By: Liz Kiesche, SA News Editor1 Comment SL Green Realty (NYSE:SLG), along with its partners, agrees to sell 410 Tenth Avenue, a 636K-square foot Manhattan office redevelopment anchored by Amazon and First Republic Bank, for $952.5M in an office real estate market that has been hit hard by the pandemic. The transaction is the biggest commercial property sale in the U.S. since March, SLG said. SL Green currently owns 70.9% of the venture. As part of the sale, the venture is retaining a 5% interest through the completion of the property's redevelopment. "While the asset was always intended to be held as a long-term investment, the sale will allow the company to achieve extraordinary profits, substantially reduce consolidated indebtedness and generate additional liquidity for share repurchases," said Brett Herschenfeld, managing director of SL Green. The transaction is expected to close during Q4 2020. The redevelopment is expected to be completed in Q3 2021.

Am 07.12.2020 gibt SL Green eine ,, institutional investor conferenz,, auch nach zu lesen unter www.slgreen.com. Analysten haben sich bislang nach den Zahlen anscheinend noch nicht geäussert, habe zumindest nichts gefunden. Die Zahlen scheinen anscheinend nicht enttäuscht zu haben da es nicht weiter nach Süden ging. Ich hoffe auf einen Impfstoff und das es dann wieder Richtung 60 USD geht, bis dahin liegen lassen und sich auf die Dividende freuen.

Am Mittwoch den 21.10 kommen nachbörslich die Quartalszahlen, am 22.10 um 14 uhr NY gibt es eine Telefon Konferenz mit den Analysten. Mal schauen wo dann die Reise am Donnerstag hingeht, der nette Anstieg wurde ja wie immer wieder brutal abverkauft , hoffe das ist kein böses Omen.
