Brookfield hält nach erster Frist 71 Prozent an Alstria Office Brookfield Asset Management baut seine Beteiligung an der Alstria Office Reit-AG um etwa 28 Prozent aus. Nach dem Ende der ersten Annahmefrist für sein öffentliches Übernahmeangebot kommt der kanadische Investor nun einschließlich der zuvor gehaltenen 43-prozentigen Beteiligung auf rund 71 Prozent der Anteile. Damit kommt die Offerte zustande. Verbliebene Alstria-Aktionäre können im Rahmen einer zweiten Frist bis einschließlich 3. Februar entscheiden, ob sie das Übernahmeangebot zum Stückpreis von 19,50 Euro noch annehmen.

BROOKFIELD, NEWS, Dec. 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (NYSE: BAM, TSX: BAM.A) (“Brookfield”) today announced that it has received an upgrade on its senior unsecured debt rating from Moody’s to A3 from Baa1, reflecting the strengthening and resiliency of the inflation-linked cash flows generated across Brookfield’s three core pillars – Asset Management, Insurance Solutions and its Operating Businesses. This rating will apply to Brookfield Corporation, which will be the new name of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., after the completion of the public listing and distribution of a 25% interest in Brookfield’s asset management business. Nicholas Goodman, Chief Financial Officer, stated, “We are pleased that the continued growth in our three core pillars, the stability and resiliency of the cash flows we generate, and our conservative capitalization is being recognized in the credit upgrade we received from Moody’s. This upgrade further reinforces the key differentiators of our business.”
