13 May 2021 Bahamas Petroleum Company plc ("BPC" or the "Company") Proposed New Board Member Saffron-2 Progress Towards Drilling BPC, the Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company, with production, appraisal, development and onshore and offshore exploration assets across the region, is pleased to advise of the proposed appointment of Mr. Robert Riley as a Non-Executive Director, whilst confirming Saffron-2 operational readiness. Highlights: · Mr. Robert Riley, the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BP in Trinidad and Tobago, has agreed to join the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director, effective subject to customary new director due diligence, consistent with the Company's forward business strategy of seeking to grow production and cashflow primarily from assets in Trinidad and Tobago · Mobilisation of the drilling rig to the Saffron-2 wellsite has been completed, all elements of the rig are currently being assembled at site, and spud of the well remains on track for 23 May 2021.

Highlight: · The Chairman, CEO designate, current CEO, all continuing and retiring members of the Board and key members of the Company's executive management have all confirmed intended participation in the current Open Offer, representing an aggregate participation for approximately 85 million shares Confirmation of Intended Participation in Fundraising On 23 April 2021, BPC, the Company announced an Open Offer to all shareholders, on a 1:2.46 basis, of up to £6.9 million in aggregate, at a price of 0.35 pence per share. Any shareholders who take up all of their Open Offer Entitlement are able to apply for an excess allocation under the Open Offer, and the Company intends to place with institutional investors any Open Offer Shares not subscribed for (collectively, the "Fundraising").

17 May 2021 Bahamas Petroleum Company plc ("BPC" or the "Company") Appointment of Alternate Director and Result of Extraordinary General Meeting BPC, the Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company, with production, appraisal, development and onshore and offshore exploration assets across the region, is pleased to announce that each of the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company ('EGM'), held earlier today, were passed. The full text of each resolution was included in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, circulated to shareholders on 23 April 2021 and made available on the Company's website: https://www.bpcplc.com/. Ahead of the EGM, BPC appointed Peter Cannell to the Board as Alternate Director to Non-Executive Chairman, Bill Schrader. The appointment was solely for the purpose of matters relating to the Company's EGM, that took place at 11:00 BST today, at the Company's registered office at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP. As such, Peter Cannell's appointment will now be terminated following the closing of the EGM. The other existing members of the Board were unable to attend the EGM as a result of travel restrictions and advice relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Additional Information on Mr Peter Joughin Cannell (Aged 55) Mr Peter Cannell is an Advocate and Chartered Governance Professional at Quinn Legal, which has acted as BPC's Legal Counsel in the Isle of Man for 3 years. Mr Cannell was admitted as an associate to the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) in 1992 and commissioned as an Isle of Man Advocate in 2013.

21 May 2021 Bahamas Petroleum Company PLC ("Bahamas Petroleum" or the "Company") Change of Name to Challenger Energy Group PLC Bahamas Petroleum, the Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company, with production, appraisal, development and onshore and offshore exploration assets across the region, is pleased to announce that, further to the passing of all resolutions at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting on 17 May 2021, the Company's change of name has been effected by the Isle of Man Registrar of Companies. As such, the Company's shares on AIM, as of 08:00 a.m. today, will be under its new name Challenger Energy Group PLC ("Challenger Energy") and its new ticker of "CEG". The Company's ISIN (IM00B3NTV894) and SEDOL (B3NTV89) remain unchanged. Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained by Shareholders holding ordinary shares in certificated form as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued. The Company's website address will be updated later today to https://www.cegplc.com. Until then, the Company's website remains at https://www.bpcplc.com/ which includes the information required by AIM Rule 26.
