Ich denke wenn dann ist dass hier eine extrem langfristige Sache. Erst jetzt über arbeiten sie gesetzte. Bei Erfolg muss das neue Gesetz erst in kraft treten. Dann erst könnte an Anbau zu denken sein. So zumindest lese ich es aus den berichten heraus.

Falls die überhaupt geerntet/angebaut haben ist die Frage ob der Anbau mit rechten Dingen zu gegangen ist

Ich vermute mal, dass die ihre Ernte zurück bekommen werden, falls diese nicht vernichtet wird. Da die volle Ernte beschlagnahmt wurde, stellt sich die Frage nach Schadenersatz. Könnte in den USA wirtschaftlicher sein als die Ernte selbst.

Sieht so aus ob es beschlagnahmt worden ist Selbst mit der Lizenz kann es zu Problemen kommen , weil auf der Bundesebene Cannabis gleich zusetzen ist wie heroin, und das strikt verboten. Der eine Politiker will auch gegen die Legalisierung vorgehen. Typisch Amerika halt. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte ich mehr in kanadische weed Aktien investiert. Habe ja mit der clinton als Präsidentin gerechnet und da war ja auch der snoop dogg dabei.
