Ich gehe davon aus das leider viele ihre Anteile mit sehr großem Verlust verkaufen werden. Ich werde ausschließlich sukzessive einsammeln. Nicht nachmachen wenn nicht überzeugt ... Denn Mr. T. ist für mich nun das eigentliche Problem... Recht haben und dann auch bekommen sind bekanntlich zweierlei ... sage ich nur ...

Kommentierungsphase 30Tage + 60 Entscheidung + ggf. Berufung Finde die CMS Darstellung sehr schwach, gut möglich dass das sogar ne chance hat. Aber bisher bin ich von 50% Wahrscheinlichkeit ausgegangen, nun sind es eher 20%. Hab meine Anteile gestern noch bei LS geschmissen und schaue mir das nun von der Seitenlinie an. Drücke die Daumen dass es Montag nicht ganz übel wird.

Was denkt ihr wo sich der Kurs einpendeln wird?

Das wird Montag hoffentlich nicht zu heftig. Da wird die Erde beben!

Die Testleistungsmerkmale sprechen aus meiner Sicht für "Epi proColon 2.0 CE" siehe: https://www.epiprocolon.com/de/patienten/testgenauigkeit/, daher gehe ich weiterhin auch davon aus, dass spätestens eine Berufung zum Erfolg für die Test-Version 2.0 führen kann. Zumindest ist für mich nicht offensichtlich ersichtlich welches Kriterium hier nicht erfüllt sein soll welches unter: https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-database/details/nca-proposed-decision-memo.aspx?NCAId=299&type=Open&bc=AAgAAAAACAAA& veröffentlicht ist.

Dies ist ganz gewiss keine gute Nachricht. Ich werde zumindest die drei Monate warten, denn es ist die weisungsfähige "Staatliche US-Krankenversicherung Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services" die diese vorläufige Entscheidung getroffen hat. Die Betonung liegt auf "staatlich" und "vorläufige".

Scrollt mal runter zu den Contraindications Glaube mit einem Einspruch oder Gegendarstellung ist da nicht viel zu holen... leider. Vor allem ist epi in q1 nicht mehr liquide

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) proposes that the evidence is sufficient to cover a blood-based biomarker test as an appropriate colorectal cancer screening test once every 3 years, or at the interval designated in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) label if the FDA indicates a specific test interval, for Medicare beneficiaries when performed in a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA)-certified laboratory, when ordered by a treating physician and when all of the following requirements are met: The patient is: age 50-85 years, and, asymptomatic (no signs or symptoms of colorectal disease including but not limited to lower gastrointestinal pain, blood in stool, positive guaiac fecal occult blood test or fecal immunochemical test), and, at average risk of developing colorectal cancer (no personal history of adenomatous polyps, colorectal cancer, or inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis; no family history of colorectal cancers or adenomatous polyps, familial adenomatous polyposis, or hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer). The blood-based biomarker screening test must have all of the following: FDA market authorization with an indication for colorectal cancer screening; and proven test performance characteristics for a blood based screening test with both sensitivity greater than or equal to 74% and specificity greater than or equal to 90% in the detection of colorectal cancer compared to the recognized standard (accepted as colonoscopy at this time), based on the pivotal studies included in the FDA labeling; and inclusion as a recommended routine colorectal cancer screening test in at least one professional society guideline or consensus statement or United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommendation. The currently available Epi proColon® test does not meet the proposed criteria for an appropriate blood based biomarker CRC screening test.  Based on the evidence at this time, we propose to non-cover the Epi proColon® test. See Appendix B for the proposed manual language.
