Ich gehe auch mal davon aus, dass es früher oder später kommen wird. Er kann aber trotzdem noch einige Male verschoben werden. BTC und ETH sind dann doch sehr unterschiedlich.

SEC reportedly pushing to classify Ethereum as security
The United States Securities and Exchange Commission is said to be "waging an energetic legal campaign" to classify Ethereum, the second largest crypto token, as a security, sources told Fortune on Wednesday.
According to an employee at a company that has been recently subpoenaed as part of the SEC's investigation into Ethereum, the request mandates organizations to provide any documents and financial records concerning their interactions with the Ethereum Foundation.
The news appeared to spark optimism that the securities regulator could authorize BlackRock's application for Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF), following its approval of several Bitcoin ETFs earlier this year. The price of Ethereum went up by 2.29% to $3,227.200 following the report.
