Die Kapitalerhöhung war m.M.n bei der Ausgabe des Prospekts interessant. Im April lag Firefinch zwischen 1$ und 1,25$. Durch Abverkauf des Marktes ist auch Firefinch ordentlich zurückgelaufen, Das Handelsvolumen war auch rückläufig häufig bei bei 6 bis 10 Mio shares pro Tag. Heute zieht das Volumen wieder ordentlich an bei 23 Mio shares. .In den letzten Wochen war der Kauf der Aktie in meinen Augen die bessere Wahl. Ich werde keine Stücke veräußern, sehe noch viel Potential in beiden Projekten.

The brokers were offering Leo Lithium shares at 70¢ a pop, and bids were due 4pm Thursday. Leo Lithium would house Firefinch’s Goulamina project in Western Africa’s Mali. It has been looking to raise $50 million to $100 million via the IPO. Initial plans were for an $80 million pro-rata offer (one Leo Lithium share for every 10.33 Firefinch shares), with the leftover stock going into a shortfall auction - both at 70¢ a share. Thursday afternoon’s $44 million shortfall auction indicates existing Firefinch investors only took up $36 million of the $80 million worth of shares that was offered to them.

im Markt ist weniger Geld, Interesse wird auch bei Leo geringer sein. mMn werden wir viele Möglichkeiten haben, um unter Ausgabepreis nachzukaufen

@Wadat123 hab mir auch einen größeren Ansturm erhofft oder erwartet! Klar ist der gesamte Markt down, ist ja allerdings für das erwartete Interesse an FFX oder LEO gut zum Kauf! 🤔
