Ich bin mittlerweile so angeuriniert von "den Amis"... Wir sind 20% im Plus. D. H. Viele kommen und sagen: "BAM 20% und tschüss, ihr ***". Diese ganzen trader Gruppen sind ja nur darauf aus. Deswegen ist ein stetiger Anstieg (mMn) nachhaltiger

(2 of 2) All of this is important for a few reasons: 1)Evidence is strong that the gp96 platform is effective for the systemic production of T cells to target specific antigens. 2)The gp96 platform has been tested extensively using several different costimulators in order to determine which is the most effective. 3)This demonstrates HTBX has a very strong foundational knowledge of the technology, and will be able to readily apply it to COVID (as if the promise oncologically wasn't incredible enough). 4) It is a breakthrough simplification in T cell therapy, and will work well independently or in tandem with traditional vaccines.

I had a chance to read over a good portion of the initial patent application. Effectively the gp96-Ig vaccine platform is allowing for a significant increase in survival and tumor reduction when combined with a T cell costimulator. This is a big deal because it is not only effective against various cancers tested, but because traditional immuno-oncological treatments require the use of a vaccine, a costimulator, and a checkpoint inhibitor. By pairing down treatment into a combination vaccine/costimulator, risk to the patient and treatment cost is being decreased significantly. Additionally, it has been shown to have excellent system effects even when administered locally.
