Mr. Nathan Nowak reports RRITUAL SUPERFOODS ANNOUNCES SHARE CONSOLIDATION AND NAME CHANGE Rritual Superfoods Inc. will be consolidating its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one postconsolidation common share for every 20 preconsolidation common shares. The company's board of directors has set Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, as the effective date of the consolidation and trading of the common shares on a postconsolidation basis on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The record date will be set at Monday, Nov. 28, 2022. In connection with the consolidation, the company's name will be changed to Aretto Wellness Inc. and the symbol under which the common shares trade will change to ARTO. Through the consolidation, the 110,657,240 common shares currently issued and outstanding will be reduced to approximately 5,532,862 common shares. No fractional shares will be issued and any fractions of a share will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of common shares. The exercise or conversion price and the number of common shares issuable under any of the company's outstanding convertible securities will be proportionately adjusted upon consolidation. Upon the consolidation and the name change, the Cusip number and ISIN of the common shares will be changed to 03990C 10 9 and CA 03990C 10 9 5, respectively, and the Cusip number and ISIN of the company's warrants will be changed to 03990C 11 7 and CA 03990C 11 7 8, respectively

Ich könnt kotzen, aber ich hab echt an die Produkte, den Markt, die vorgegaukelten Kunden ( Cvs/Ride Aid/Amazon Vip, Kroger online) geglaubt und bin hier voll auf die Schnauze geflogen, verkaufen kann ich eh nicht mehr, soviel Stk kauft eh keiner mehr🙈

Schade, mit dem zock hätte ich eigentlich Traden können bei Öl oder NatGas mit Hebel x10 und mit Glück schön kassiert. Naja man wird klüger ^^

Der letzte Post von Rritual und auch von JustGo auf Insta war im Mai, auf der Website is die Investors Seite auch unavailable. Also irgendwie tut sich da null. Ich weiß nicht ob das alles nur noch Scheinfirma ist und der CEO nicht einfach als Platzhalten eingesetzt wurde. Wenn da bald die Insolvenz kommt, würde mich das null wurden. Aber wer weiß, vllt geschieht ein Wunder. Im Portfolio bleiben sie trotzdem 😅
