Von daher finde ich die Art der Geldbeschaffung in Form von Privat Placement notwendig. Und es zeigt auch ein Vertrauen von Investoren, dass solche Summen zustande kommen.

Ja, dass sind immer mal Strohfeuer die da stattfinden. Ansonsten gibt es Tage da gehen ein paar Tausend über die Theke. Sernovas Marketing ist echt miserabel. Aber was wollen die auch zu dem Zeitpunkt an News bringen? Das Projekt befindet sich immer noch in Phase2. Das darf man nicht vergessen! Es kann morgen die Meldung kommen, dass das Projekt aufgrund Komplikationen mit sofortiger Wirkung eingestellt wird.

Die Aktie wird bis Dato so gut wie gar nicht gehandelt. Wie soll da der Kurs hoch kommen?

warum lassen sie den Kurs nicht hochkommen und verwässern jetzt so stark?

warum sammelt Sernova auf diesem Niveau immer mehr Geld ein?

In dem Bericht weiter unten stehen noch sehr interessante Fakten zu Toleikis. Für das Projekt hält er 110 Patente! Über kanadische Projekte kann man sich ja streiten. Die ersten Umsätze erwartet das Unternehmen 2022. Es wird wohl noch einige Zeit so ruhig bleiben. Ich persönlich bevorzuge es dennoch jetzt schon dabei zu sein. Die nächsten Ergebnisse der Studien lassen nicht mehr lange auf sich warten.

Sernova Announces Second Closing of Private Placement LONDON, ONTARIO – September 3, 2019 – Sernova Corp. (TSX-V:SVA) (FSE:PSH) (OTCQB:SEOVF), a clinical-stage regenerative medicine company, is pleased to announce that it has completed a second closing of $2,251,065 of its non-brokered private placement, (announced on July 25, 2019) of which an additional $67,400 was closed under the “Existing Shareholder Exemption.” Total proceeds to date are $4,584,565. In addition, the Company announces that it is increasing the maximum offering, for a total of up to $5,500,000 of Units. Following the development of vascularized tissue chambers within the Cell Pouch, subjects are then stabilized on immunosuppression, and a dose of purified islets, under strict release criteria, is transplanted into the Cell Pouch. A sentinel pouch is removed for an early assessment of the islet transplant. Subjects will be followed for additional safety and efficacy measures for approximately six months. At this point, a decision will be *** with regards to the transplant of a second islet dose with subsequent safety and efficacy follow up. Patients will then be further followed for one year.
