Also so wie ich das lese, (falls du diesen Teil meinst) geht es nur darum das 3M eine Sonderdividende von Solventum erhält: "Darüber hinaus wird die bevorstehende Ausgliederung unseres Healthcare-Geschäfts unsere Bilanz weiter stärken.
