I'd not be surprised for them to convert all debt into equity in the coming months 2. The cash balance at **** they quoted to you was outdated. That didn't include the 35.5mil in EB5 investment they received in Oct. 3. The company just received **** from CEC for their capital investment cost All in all. **** is one of the few companies out there who try to get the cash without diluting shareholders. I hold **** too. But good god. Printing out 150mil shares is just wrong man. Lastly, 23mil shares outstanding and 45% institution and insiders holding. Any good news will push a parapolic move. Easy maths here
