So we're selling 9 Million shares to a single Institutional Investor, who has agreed to pay "the company" $15 Million smak-a-roos (at $1.65 per share). And most of you folks think that is a bad thing? Give me a break, I'll tell one thing you're missing, and that is "Institutional Investors" always make money when they invest. So they're in at $1.65, don't ya think that pretty much guanrantees that we'll be moving into a profit zone soon? I do!
