Dann würde die aktie nur noch otc gehandelt werden. Es würden viele Investoren abspringen. Das ist schon ein Unterschied ob du am der NASDAQ gelistet bist oder nur noch over the counter gehandelt wirst....bin mir nicht mal sicher ob man dann überhaupt noch in Deutschland die aktie handeln kann.
Es standen quartalszahlen aus für q1. Termin war gestern eigentlich....war aber unbestätigt. Die letzten Zahlen kamen auch später als geplant. Glaub die nutzen die hv dann dafür. Wichtig wäre die Meldung das sie das delisting 180 tage schieben konnten....alles andere ist erstmal unwichtig 🫡
