Okay so, my first read through tells me HBC got their hand caught in a @beartrapmovie
Hunter, described as a capable and cold blooded killer of a lawyer did an exceptional job arguing just that.
HBC is in BREACH of their contract with BBBY.
They violated the 9.99% rule.

Page 3 is fire. It claims HBC illegally took BBBY’s float from 117 million shares to 782 million shares at time of Bankruptcy. HBC made over 90 transactions to sell BBBY shares. Wow..

Wurden massig gme shares in 5000er Blöcken gekauft..evtl. RK?
Vielleicht meint er mit mit Meme dass er Chewy gedropped hat, und dafür weiter GME kauft?
Das würde ihn wahrscheinlich über die 5% bringen, soon Kitty filing, 🤔 Ist das der Auslöser?
