BIT Mining (NYSE: BTCM) announced it will change its English name to SOLAI Limited and its NYSE ticker to SLAI. Shareholders approved the English name change at an extraordinary general meeting on October 9, 2025. The company said the rebrand reflects a strategic shift from cryptocurrency mining toward a technology focus on artificial intelligence and blockchain integration. The company's American Depositary Shares, each representing 100 Class A ordinary shares, are expected to begin trading under the new name and ticker at the open on October 20, 2025.
