Mal sehen wie hoch die nächste Dividende ist

Läuft gut weiter.... 27 July 2023 BW LPG Limited (“BW LPG”, the “Company”, OSE Ticker Code “BWLPG.OL”) has purchased a total of 232,078 of its own common shares from 19 July to 26 July 2023 at an average price of NOK 103.264 per share. The shares were purchased in accordance with the share buy-back program announced on 18 July 2023. After these transactions, BW LPG holds 8,803,305 of its common shares, representing 6.29% of the number of issued shares. The shares purchased will be held as Treasury Stock. Das sind internationale Bilanzierungsregeln. Die Waren wurden verschippt, aber sie dürfen den Umsatzerloes erst buchen, wenn sie den Kunden erreicht haben und angenommen haben. Sie haben die Lieferungen durch Derivate abgesichert, wenn geliefert wurde werden Derivate aufgelöst. Damit ist die Verzögerung gemeint. Alles gut, kein Haken. Aktie steigt ja auch

Den Text verstehe ich nicht so gut. Q2 soll wo ähnlich wie Q2 gelaufen sein. Ein Handelsprofit von 3 million USD. Aber auf Grund von irgendwelchen Effekten entsteht ein 32 million USD Verlust der für die Dividende keine so große Rolle spielen soll ????????

18 July 2023 BW LPG Limited (“BW LPG”, the “Company”, OSE ticker code: “BWLPG.OL”) today provides an update on its Product Services’ (“BW Product Services”) Q2 2023 segment performance. For the quarter ended 30 June 2023, BW Product Services’ trading profit was approximately USD 3 million, similar to Q1. This profit reflects the net outcome of losses on cargo and derivative positions offset by gains on physical shipping positions in BW Product Services. As the shipping gains are not immediately accounted for under IFRS, BW Product Services will report a net loss of approximately USD 32 million because of a timing effect. The benefit from the hedged freight costs via physical shipping positions will enter the net profit over time, while the M-t-M valuation of the cargo operations and derivatives are entered into the accounts immediately. Taking this into account, the Board will consider the trading profit, rather than the net profit/ net loss from BW Product Services when evaluating the dividend payout. Aktuell kann man grob mit einem Gesamtvolumen von ca. 5 Millionen eingezogenen Aktien zum Ende des Programms rechnen. Dies entspräche grob 3,5% der in Umlauf befindlichen Aktien, nachdem letztes Jahr schon ca. 5% eingezogen - und wenn ich es richtig erfasst habe, vernichtet wurden.

18 July 2023 BW LPG Limited (“BW LPG”, the “Company”, OSE ticker code: “BWLPG”) announced a share buyback program on 8 December 2021 to purchase up to 10 million shares for a maximum of USD 50 million, to be held as treasury stock. Between 8 December 2021 and 11 April 2023, a total of 7,317,962 common shares were purchased at an average price of NOK 59.4024 per share, for an aggregate consideration of NOK 434.7 million (USD 45.5 million). On 15 May 2023, the Board of Directors of BW LPG resolved to initiate a new share buyback program, under which BW LPG will purchase up to 6 million common shares for a maximum amount of USD 50 million. A tender offer was launched on 12 June 2023 to purchase shares in the Company through a reverse book building process (the “Offering). Following the end of the application period on 14 June 2023, the Company bought 956,222 shares at a price of NOK 108.00 per share for an aggregate consideration of NOK 103.3 million (USD 9.7 million). The shares acquired in the Offering were cancelled on 3 July 2023. The Company will continue on its share buyback program by purchasing shares from the open market at prevailing prices on the Oslo Stock Exchange with daily volume limit of 61,431 shares. The share buy-back program will commence today and is expected to continue until the next Annual General Meeting in 2024. The shares purchased will be held as treasury stock.

Fahre eine ähnliche Strategie. Nur keiner meiner Werte darf mehr als 2% im Depot ausmachen. Die Dividendenrendite muss mindestens 3% betragen und ich kaufe ausschließlich Aktien. Dividenden investiere ich ausschließlich in neue Titel. Derzeit vor allem in Stromkonzerne und Konsumgüter. Finde diesen Weg gut auch wenn sicher die Übersichtlichkeit etwas schwierig ist.

350 Aktien nachgelegt EKP jetzt auf 7,98 gestiegen., von EKP 7 46. Nachkaufen nur noch wenn der EKP dadurch sinkt. Freuen wir uns auf fette Dividenden.

Übrigens: die meisten meiner Käufe gehen nur noch über Sparplan. Einzelaktien nur 25,00 bis 50,00 im Monat 🤣

Leider geht das antworten am Handy nicht. Statt Rio Tinto habe ich BHP. Insgesamt bin ich sehr konservativ. Procter, Coca-Cola, Colgate, Altria, 3M, … alles was man so hat wenn man viel über Dividenden Portfolio liest. Meine beiden besten Werte sind aktuell BW ( Einstieg 5,20) und deutsche Telekom (14,00). Keine meiner Positionen übersteigt im EK 5% meines depotwertes. Insgesamt 40 Aktien, Gold, und zwei thesaurierende etf. MSCI und emerging. Ziel ist es in meiner Rente 1000,00 Dividende im Monat zu haben. Das werde ich denke ich auch schaffen, vielleicht sogar übertreffen. Der Countdown liegt noch bei 25 Jahren :)
