The MOU establishes a framework for future cooperation between the two companies on a non-exclusive basis, with a focus on integrating Terma radar systems into CiTech’s Self-Deploying Communications Platform (Nexus platform) to explore combined defence and security applications across international markets. The agreement outlines joint intent to identify commercial opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate on demonstrations of an integrated capability for European defence and security stakeholders. Areas of Collaboration • Explore commercial opportunities and operational use cases enabled by a combined Terma radar and CiTech Nexus platform solution. • Assess technical and operational feasibility of integrating Terma radar systems into CiTech’s autonomous deployment platform. • Plan and prepare for joint demonstrations of the integrated capability at key European defence and security exhibitions. • Conduct demonstrations across the European Union, subject to mutual agreement. • Hold periodic coordination meetings to review progress and determine next steps toward formal pilot or commercial agreements. Der Markt wartet auf die physische Ankunft der Hardware. Die Nexus 4 soll Mitte März in Polen bei Babcock eintreffen. Erst reale Fotos dieser Auslieferung könnten den Trend brechen. Es wird derzeit zu wenig gehandelt, um die Verkaufsorders der Warrant-Halter aufzusaugen. Der März 2026 ist für Critical Infrastructure Technologies (CiTech) der Moment der Wahrheit. Es wird sich zeigen, ob CiTech die Kurve kriegt. Da der heutige Meilenstein (Innovationszertifikat) auf Fremdkapital und Förderungen abzielt, kam es heute zu keiner weiteren Verwässerung durch neue Aktien.. Die Finanzierung über das Innovationszertifikat und die lettische ALTUM-Bank ist für Aktionäre ein positives Signal, da es sich um nicht-verwässerndes Kapital handelt. Gute Nacht.
