We have been looking into the Clearstream situation, and it does appear that no German exchanges are currently permitting trading in Jaguar stock since the stock is currently below $5 USD. We are continuing to try to gather more information about this situation, but it does appear to be a situation that is beyond Jaguar’s control.
We also contacted Bayerische Börse AG. The individual we communicated with at Bayerische suggested that investors in Germany try to find a broker that has access to Nasdaq, and then transfer the shares to the new broker. It sounds like ING Group may be an option, as they reportedly offer trading directly via Nasdaq.

In Deutschland wird die Aktie wohl auch nicht mehr an einer großen Börse angeboten werden und somit nicht über TR handelbar sein. 🤷♂️
