Das sind halt Kopien der Versicherungspolicen von einem Konsortium mehrerer Versicherer, die das Risiko gezeichnet haben. Vermutlich inklusive der Versicherungsbedingungen. Wie umfangreich die in der Regel sind, weiß ja eigentlich jeder. 😁

Die Versicherungspolicen für die D&O (Directors and Officers) Versicherung. Ggf. ist bei den Versicherungen auch noch "was zu holen" wenn das damalige Fehlverhalten mitversichert ist. Auch nur eine Formalie und somit nichts negatives, mMn.
