Offering muss die Tage geschlossen werden, dann Newsflow und hoffentlich zieht dann der SP auch wieder an. Irgendwann vor Nasdaq TH mit RS und gleichzeitigem Listing an Nasdaq $TNT...

Zu Peak Fintech Netzfund von heute... These are some notes I took from the AGM 06/30/21. JJ wanted to go over 7 main topics in his presentation. 1.  Prospectus - Rules/regulations that they werent aware of in regards to disclosure and what needs to be disclosed.  Better company down the line. Moving on now...all done 2. Financing - Expected to close by end of next week and on the higher end. Closer to 50 mil. Forecast a week after close of financing. 3. Stock Consolidation - Level of consolidation depends on where the stock price is at the closing of the financing. **** minimum for uplist 4. Nasdaq Listing - Progress during quiet period.  Met all expectations other than the **** price. Timimg Nasdaq listing approved withing 3-4 weeks of the date of consolidation 5. Potential Aquisition of Cubeler - JJ and Golden are cofounders of cubeler.  They will not be a part of the negotiations. Come to an agreement or memorandum of understanding.  Goal is to have a transaction completed by the end of summer.  Cubeler owns the rights for Peak to expand to NA 6. Expansion to NA - Cubeler is not officially being marketed however small businesses have started to register on the platform in anticipation.  Financial institutions have also signed up in advance to it being operational in NA.  End of the year is still the goal. 7. Profit Profit Profit - Q over Q improvements.  Expected to end the year profitable.  2021-2023 guidance will shed some light on the magnitude of that profit. ———————————- Q&A section -  - Cubeler Lending hub works by combining the lenders lending criteria along with Cubelers default risk criteria to provide the best results. Criterias are kept **** but that data is used to improve the criteria for all lenders. - Will you hire a CTO.  Peak has a CTO in China, but by aquiring Cubeler, we are also gaining that knowlege along with the analytics team in Canada. - Advertising component and networking.  Advertise products and services worldwide. Canada US China Europe. Global network of SMEs.  Financing is limited based on jurisdiction, but networking, advertising, downloading research reports, everything can be accessible to the entire network. - Minimal impact on the operating results due to delay in financing.  - Integration with Chinas digital currency. "Yes...things have happened" - Progress with Digital Currency as well as payment processing functionality with Unionpay. - Integration with Shopex - "Very Pleased with the integration and revenues have hit Q2"   Overall timeline (As stated by JJ).  Closing of the prospectus at the end of next week.  Consolidation of shares a week or two after that, and then 3-4 weeks for nasdaq uplist.

Kannst nicht teilnehmen aus DE. Im Prinzip läuft das ganz einfach. Man (Kanada) kauft das Paket 1000 mal für 2CAD = 2000CAD, dann bekommst 1000 Aktien und 1000 Warrants ins Depot. Die Warrants sind gesperrt bis der Kurs 3.50CAD erreicht. DANN hast du die Möglichkeit / das Recht für 2 Warrants eine Aktie zu 3.50CAD zu erwerben. Völlig egal was du mit den 500 Aktien dann machst, halten oder sofort verkaufen. Je nachdem wie hoch der Kurs dann ist, sozusagen das Delta zu 3.50CAD, desto höher ist dein zusätzlicher Gewinn. Also wenn der Kurs die nächsten Jahre bei 7CAD ist und die die Warrants ausüben würdest, hättest du nochmal 100% Gewinn gemacht....

Bzw. bin bei ingdiba. Weiß nicht wie es da funktioniert . Jetzt die Stocks zu holen ist ne Goldgrube wenn man später die für 3,50 bekommt in zwei Jahren , das Potenzial , der Umsatz das wird laufen in zwei Jahren haben wir hier doppelten Preis bestimmt schon mal gesehen
