Strathcona County: sehr wichtig für PlasCred Das ist für Neos besonders relevant, weil der geplante Standort am Scotford Yard in Strathcona County liegt. Strathcona County ist nicht irgendeine lokale Gemeinde. Es bezeichnet sich selbst als führenden Industriestandort Albertas und als Kanadas größten Hydrocarbon-Refining-Cluster. Der County hat außerdem ein eigenes Team, das industrielle Projekte im Heartland bei Planung, Genehmigungen und Koordination unterstützt. Noch wichtiger: Strathcona bietet konkrete industrielle Anreize.
