Steht übrigens auch schon im Halbjahresbericht, welchen man auch unter "Press Releases" findet (vom 7.September 22): "With a strong cash position of more than €15 million as of June 30, 2022, the Group has decided to suspend the issuance of new tranches of convertible bonds until the end of 2022. The Group's financial structure remains sound with a net cash position of €10.9 million and shareholders' equity of €21.5 million as of June 30, 2022. The company is studying financing solutions that are more favorable to its development, its shareholders, and the support of its future projects.
Da wird ja gesagt, dass es keine neue Tranche gibt. Die aktuelle Tranche kann dann ja noch zuende bedient werden.

Das steht auf der Spineway-Homepage unter "Press Releases" in einer PDF-Datei vom 21.9.22 mit der Überschrift "Effective date of the Spineway reverse stock split". Der entscheidende Absatz (vor allem der letzte Satz):
Pursuant to the publication on September 12, 2022 of a Euronext notice announcing the increase in the number of Spineway shares via the admission of 6 billion shares on September 14, 2022, Spineway wishes to clarify to its shareholders that these 6 billion shares correspond to conversions of Negma bonds carried out over the summer, on August 5 and 19, and which related to tranches of convertible bonds previously exercised. The latter were taken into consideration by the Company's account keeper in August and largely
resold by Negma before the reverse stock split. These 6 billion shares therefore have no connection with the consolidation transaction and had been admitted to trading well before September 14, 2022. During the consolidation period, i.e. between August 16 and September 14, no new tranche of convertible bonds was issued nor shares converted. Moreover, in
accordance with the announcement made when its half-yearly results were published, Spineway would like to reiterate that it has decided to suspend the issuance of new tranches of Convertible Bonds until the end of 2022

Hi HR, gestern wurde eine alte Verkaufsorder ( 2 X 0,75 plus 3 ) die ich reingestellt und vergessen habe tatsächlich ausgelöst. 😂😂
Jetzt habe ich nur noch 3 🤣🤣 Das Andenken schmilzt😂Recht hast du, Trillion macht's ... Die guten ins Töpfchen die schlechten ins Kröpfchen.😉👍

Sie haben es wieder getan. Entgegen der Ankündigung, es dieses Jahr nicht mehr zu tun, wurde jetzt doch schon wieder verwässert 😱 Es gibt jetzt 816.792 Aktien und damit ca. 55.000 Aktien mehr als direkt nach dem RS. So schafft man natürlich kein Vertrauen. Mir kommt das langsam vor wie bei einem Alkoholabhängigen, der sich vornimmt, zumindest mal bis Jahresende 4 Monate "trocken" zu bleiben. Doch das geht leider nur 2-3 Wochen gut, dann wird er wieder rückfällig. Genauso kommt mir das mit dem "verwässern" durch Spineway vor. Sie können einfach nicht "ohne" !!! 😠😠😠

Mcnils, ich hab auch 7,5 Aktien 🤣🤣 die 0,5 bleiben dann auch bei mir als Andenken drin. Egal, Trillion wird’s richten 😃😃

Spineway ist auf dem Papier kein Schrottwert. Der Kursverlauf ist riesen Schrott. Und nur das sehen so User wie du und meinen dann den Dicken spielen zu müssen. Ergibt einfach keinen Sinn. Auch sein Leben auf BN zu verbringen und wirklich in nahezu allen Foren seine "Meinung" zu äußern, ist äußerst bedenklich und in meinen Augen nicht gesund. Aber darüber möchte ich keine weiteren Worte verlieren, da dies nur Mutmaßungen wären und du dich und deine Psyche am besten kennst. Wenn das dein Nektar ist, in der Anonymität den Vater Herrgott spielen zu müssen/wollen, dann soll dem so sein. Traurig ist es allemal. In meinen Augen traurig versteht sich.
