Also wenn das stimmt, wäre es der nächste Skandal ! Was nützt es uns, wenn die verkünden, dass in diesem Jahr keine "neuen" Tranchen mehr auf den Markt geworfen werden, aber von den "alten" Tranchen sind noch 467.000 Aktien offen, welche noch 2022 zur "Verfügung" stehen ??! Und ab Januar geht's dann nahtlos weiter mit den nächsten "regulären" neuen Tranchen oder wie ? Und Geld haben die doch jetzt wirklich genug eingenommen ! Also irgendwann reicht's mal mit den Dauer-KE 😠😠😠

Ist recht einfach: Betrug am Anleger.

Steht übrigens auch schon im Halbjahresbericht, welchen man auch unter "Press Releases" findet (vom 7.September 22): "With a strong cash position of more than €15 million as of June 30, 2022, the Group has decided to suspend the issuance of new tranches of convertible bonds until the end of 2022. The Group's financial structure remains sound with a net cash position of €10.9 million and shareholders' equity of €21.5 million as of June 30, 2022. The company is studying financing solutions that are more favorable to its development, its shareholders, and the support of its future projects.
