The closing of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions, including applicable stock exchange approvals, and is expected to close on or about September 10, 2020. Village Farms intends to use up to US$40 million of the net proceeds from this offering to finance a portion of the acquisition of 36,958,500 common shares in the capital of Pure Sunfarms Corp. ("Pure Sunfarms"), representing 41.3% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Pure Sunfarms and all of the remaining common shares of Pure Sunfarms not held by the Company, as separately announced by the Company today. The remaining net proceeds from this offering are intended to be used for general working capital.

Ne ich glaube der Markt würde das richtig feiern - weil wenn vff psf kontrolliert können sie ihren Teil als Umsatz ausgeben - was die Umsatz zahlen dann halt einfach richtig gut aussehen lassen würde. Und raymond James hat für den Fall das vff psf voll übernimmt ein Kursziel von über 20 ausgegeben 😅

KE erstmal nervig, Mittel- und langfristig aber wichtig psf voll zu kontrollieren

Und wurde auch so kommuniziert dass im Fall von Anteilserhöhung psf oder USA Legalisierung KE durchgeführt wird. Man hat ja eine Genehmigung von der sec für bis zu 300 mio von mich ned alles täuscht

Wieso verwässern? Kriegen sie es ohne KE nicht hin?

Ich würd mehr Anteil tippen - wenn die Handel aussetzen müsste das aber 10% oder mehr bedeuten und das vff massiv verwässert 😅
