Ja im Februar werden sie formell bezeichnet - ich geh aber schon stark davon aus das direkt bzw am Tag nach der Auslosung die Ergebnisse öffentlich werden. Wann die offiziell dann ihre Lizenz erhalten ist zweitrangig
