Affinity Energy and Health Limited (Company) would like to announce that Mr. Josh Puckridge has
today joined the board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Puckridge is a Corporate Finance Executive with significant experience within fund management,
capital raising, mergers, acquisitions and divestments of projects by companies listed on the ASX. Mr.
Puckridge maintains significant experience as a director of ASX listed companies, serving in both
executive and non-executive capacities.
Currently, Mr Puckridge is a Non-Executive Director of Silver City Minerals Limited (ASX: SCI), ***
International Limited (ASX: BLZ) and Lustrum Minerals Limited (ASX: LRM); he also holds a number of
private positions and is an experienced Australian Financial Services Licence Responsible Manager
(currently Director and Responsible Manager of AFSL 482 173).
The Company welcomes Mr. Puckridge to the board and is pleased to be able to utilise his experience
to enhance the position of the Company as it deals with developing its near- and medium-term
strategies for protecting and creating shareholder value.
In addition, the Company wishes to advise that Messrs Ramasamy Venkatesh and Peter Hatfull have
today resigned from the Board of Directors.
Mr Venkatesh has been a Board member since 2017 and is resigning to focus on other business
interests. Mr Peter Hatfull, a founding director, has also resigned to focus on other business interests.
The Company wishes to thank these directors for their time and influence on the Company and wishes
them every success in the future.
