Hey danke dir! Wirklich ein positiver Lichtblick am heutigen black swan event. Auch wenn die Zeit die Hoffnung aktuell trübt, ich sehe es wie es geschrieben ist. Ein weiterer spannender Punkt ist seine Antwort nach den strategischen Zielen: "Main focus is growth - faster technology acceleration & development (Aker's tech is more mature, SLB's is more "new & developing"), faster geographic growth (SLB's global footprint, especially in North America), and much greater financial & operational resource to support the growth and expansion of the business. The JV has not shared numbers on this as yet, but it's worth noting that the JV is part of SLB's New Energies portfolio, and that has a public revenue target of $3bn by 2030."

Das ist für mich gerade ein Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl, dass ACC anders als es ja teilweise spekuliert wurde, die Einnahmen nicht etwa an die Aker Holding weiterreichen wird, sondern selbst damit als Investment Company (was ACC ja jetzt ist) im Bereich der Clean Energy tätig werden wird.

Wenn man nochmal im Dokument des AGM nachliest steht da unter Punkt 15: 15 Approval of the amendments to the Articles of Association The General Meeting adopted the following resolution with regards to § 2 of the Articles of Association: “The new paragraph 2 is as follows: The company’s purpose is to, by itself or together with other parties, invest in, develop, and divest from businesses that operate within energy, climate and environmental solutions, associated technology and infrastructure, related goods and services, and capital management.”

This is "the" important task ahead for us and our Board - that is, concluding our work to define the future strategy and structure of ACC ASA - is still ongoing, but is not yet at a stage where we are able to update the external market. We will of course do so as soon as is appropriate. We have also stated publicly several times that this strategy does include considering the framework for the use of proceeds from the SLB transaction. Grüße! Vielleicht mal eine abwechslungsreiche News an diesem Montag. Ich hab vor zwei Wochen nochmal eine Mail an Herrn Philips geschrieben. Nach seinem Urlaub hat er mir heute geantwortet. Ich will nicht die ganze Mail hier reinposten, aber mal einen Hinweis weiterleiten, den ich besonders spannend fand und selbst so nicht wahrgenommen hatte. Befragt nach der Verwendung der Barmittel die ACC durch das JV eingenommen hat, schrieb er folgendes:

Der Rebound wird auch kommen, dass hat der Markt in den letzten Jahrzehnten bewiesen aber wann er kommt ist unklar. Bin erst so ca. 2 - 2,5 Jahre an der Börse dabei, aber Dax Minus -3,5 %, NAS noch -2,35 %, DOW -1,51 % u.s.w. das habe ich noch nicht erlebt, selbst Rohstoffe Minus, Krypto kommt dazu... Würde mal sagen, Börse in Panik / Blutroter Börsenmontag und wie weit das noch geht, kann keiner sagen. NVIDIA bei Minus 12 % auf ca. 94 $ Mein Bauchgefühl sagt mir, warte noch mit dem Nachlegen und das werde ich auch.

Rebound wird am Gesamtmarkt kommen 5%-10% mitnehmen 🤔💰

Ja ist doch wahr - bei solch einem Sturz heute, schau mal nach Japan so ein Kommentar zu schreiben, ist doch ….. Der Markt wird sich irgendwann wieder beruhigen aber wie tief es noch geht in vielen Bereichen am Markt oder sogar alle?, das zeigt sich noch.

Aus der Börse? Weil ich bezweifle das deine Aktien die du hast heute im Plus sind
