Sie sollten jetzt genug Geld haben für die nächsten Monate. PP ist notwendig, um an Geld ranzukommen. Bisschen merkwürdig war nur, dass es jetzt schon wieder ein PP gab… LIS ist immer noch unterbewertet.

Wie ist das zu bewerten?

LIS profitiert heute vom Nachbarn im Westen. Dort ist Uranium One mit 15% bzw 30 Mio USD in das Projekt Tolillar Salar von Alpha Lithium eingestiegen. Es gibt eine Option für weitere 35% (und 185 Mio USD). Damit wäre für Alpha Lithium ein Einstieg in die Lithiumproduktion möglich. Wenn ich nichts übersehen habe bleibt in der näheren Umgebung nur noch Lithium South als unabhängiger Lithiumjunior übrig. Alle anderen wurden übernommen, bzw es gab größere Beteiligungen. Damit könnte man auch bei LIS rechnen. Ich steige trotzdem nicht mehr ein. Die letzte Finanzierungsrunde und die unverhältnismäßig hohen Ausgaben für einen Boxpromoter bleiben für mich äußerst suspekt.

Der Boxpromoter Maynard erbringt auch noch für eine andere Minengesellschaft Consulting-Leistungen. Das ist die Fa First Engergy Metals. Und dazu gibt es eine Pressemitteilung vom Juni diesen Jahres. "VANCOUVER, BC, June 14, 2021 /CNW/ - First Energy Metals Ltd. (CSE: FE) ("First Energy" or the "Company) is pleased to announce it has engaged Sidis holdings Limited. ("Sidis") and Maynard Communications Limited. ("Maynard") to provide corporate communications services to the Company. Ist mir nach wie vor ein Rätsel wieso LIS für "brand familiarity, general recognition, and awareness within online investor content platforms" 2 Mio $ im Jahr ausgibt.

Die 460.000$ sind im Quartal angefallen. Es geht hier also um ca 2 Mio $ im Jahr. Was genau soll denn dieses Brand-Marketing bringen? Wenn sie es stattdessen einsetzen um ihr Projekt schneller voranzubringen, PEA, PFS, FS, ... haben sie wenigstens was davon.

460000$ consulting fees klingt viel, sind aber wahrscheinlich ca. 460 PT, aufs Jahr hochgerechnet 2 Leute Vollzeit, wenn keine Sachkosten wie Kosten fürs Ausspielung von Anzeigen (die ich noch nie gesehen habe) enthalten sind. Pump and Dump kostet halt, so lange Alfred Maydorn nicht empfiehlt ;-)

Weiß jemand, wie viel andere vergleichbare Werte für Brand-Marketing ausgeben? Von Nevada Copper bekomme ich regelmäßig Ads auf diversen Börsenseiten.

Hier mal ein Zitat aus dem MD&A für Q2 diesen Jahres: "Administration fees of $188,872 (2020 - $68,674) were incurred as the Company increased activities. These costs include all office and other costs associated with the operations of the Company. Consulting fees of $460,828 (2020 - $112,942) were incurred as the Company hired and used consultants during the period for various programs. During the period, the Company engaged various consultants to provide services such as website landing page design, content development and digital marketing primarily through Google ads, digital media, corporate advisory, branding and strategic business services to the Company. Exploration costs of $169,768 (2020 - $1,180) were incurred as the Company was actively exploring properties in Argentina." Diese Consulting fees von knapp 461k$ stehen im extremen Mißverhältnis zu den Administration fees oder Exploration costs. Da läuft irgendwas gewaltig schief in dem Laden.

@Investometer Wäre nett wenn du die Antwort von Adrian hier einstellen könntest. Diese Nummer mit dem Boxpromoter läuft ja nicht zum ersten mal. Bereits im Februar wurde entsprechende Consultingleistungen vergeben. LIS gibt irgendwo zwischen 1 und 2 Mio USD pro Jahr dafür aus. Was genau ist die Leistung die von diesem und anderen Dienstleistern erbracht wird? Kenne keinen anderen Lithiumjunior der so etwas macht.
