AlipayHK announced that starting from March, a 4% handling fee will be charged for credit card transfers except BOC HONG KONG (02388.HK)  , Standard Chartered, and HANG SENG BANK (00011.HK) , and there will no longer be a handling fee waiver limit. The handling fee waiver limit and 1.5% handling fee on overage will remain unchanged for credit card transfers from the above three banks. There is a handling fee waiver limit of HK$500 per month for non-accredited accounts and HK$1,000 per month for intermediate accredited accounts and accredited accounts.
