Hört sich gut an ,das Fraunhofer Institut sollte bestimmte Tests durchführen, ist hier etwas bekannt geworden ,oder war das nur falsche Information?

Ich leite euch mal einen Post vom heißen Kupfer Forum weiter: Extracts from the past two AAM announcements: Under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, AAM will pay the purchase price to ATC in four installments over a three-year period, and AAM agrees to participate pro rata in AIG's capital measures to finance the two projects to be implemented there, namely the production of anode grade HPA-coated graphite for the anodes of lithium ion batteries and the production of high purity alumina based on the patented ATC process It is planned to produce the Anode Grade developed by ATC (see Corporate News dated September 23, 2020) at the planned site with purchased HPAeven before construction of the HPA factory begins and to sell it to European customers in the lithium-ion battery industry. Iggy Tan, Member of the Board of Directors of AAM and Executive Director of Altech Chemicals said that the investment in the German AIG is a significant step for the company. Mr. Tan said: "In parallel to AAM's option on the Johor project (construction of the HPA plant in Malaysia), the Company now has an opportunity to directly participate in the emerging European market for battery raw materials. The intention to start production of ATC's HPA anode material in Germany before construction of the HPA high purity alumina plant begins, gives investors in the Company a whole new perspective". Taking this at face value means Altech Industries Germany GmbH ("AIG") will purchase 4N HPA from some 3rd party supplier and produce the two Anode Grade HPA products along with their associated coating technologies/compounds. The announcement states it will be a separate project and a facility constructed at the Schwarze Pumpe site for this purpose. From the ATC annoucement on 23/09 Altech’s proposed Anode grade product range would be produced by Altech’s already designed HPA plant in Johor, Malaysia. No new specialised equipment will be required, consequently it is not expected that there will be any material change in the estimated capital cost for the Johor HPA plant from the proposed production of these new products. This suggests the capital cost required to establish a facility at Schwarze Pumpe for the Anode products may be quite low. Could also explain the recent flurry of announcements. 23/9 - Anode grade HPA As a result of ground-breaking research and development work led by the Company’s General ManagerOperations and Marketing, Dr. Jingyuan Liu, Altech is now proceeding to an independent verification phase ofits method for the alumina coating of graphite particles. University and laboratory verification of the process(patent pending) is due for completion during the next (now this) quarter, and Altech expects that positive verification willresult in potential end-user trials, and eventually commercialisation of the process. The initiative also offers another potential avenue to secure a portion of future HPA production at a predetermined floor price, which would support project financial close. 26/10 - Sale of 25% of AIG to AAM 9/11 - Collaboration agreement with Ferro re silicon anode coatings 10/11 - Rights issue - provisioning $1,350,000 for the Schwarze Pumpe site. Big commitments from Balaton and Melewar. Could this be a pathway to earlier revenue and Johor finance approval?

Es ist hier leider keine klare Linie zu erkennen bis auf das Geschrei nach Kapital. Ich habe kein gutes Gefühl für meine eingesetzten Euronen. Ich erwarte mehr Klarheit über das weitere Vorgehen dieser Firma.

Bin jetzt auch schon über zwei Jahre mit einer nicht unerhebliche Summe investiert ,Geduld wurd reichlich strapaziert ,so langsam traue ich dem Braten auch nicht mehr. Man hört keine positiven Dinge es schleppt sich so dahin und dümpelt zwischen zwei und drei Cent dahin. Performance sieht anders aus es ist klar jeder braucht einen Anfang aber hier sieht es doch ziemlich traurig aus.

Hier wird immer mehr ein Geflecht aus Firmen und Anteilsverschiebungen generiert ohne das die angestrebte Produktion vorangetrieben wird?!!! Tendenz für mich ist eher negativ ohne ein Ereignis,man nimmt die Erlöse nur zum überleben und veräussert und verwässert.

Der Kurs blieb davon unbeeindruckt +/-0%
