New RNS Argo announces it has previously confidentially submitted a draft Registration Statement on Form F-1 with the SEC relating to a proposed dual-listing and IPO of American Depositary Shares (ADSs) representing its ordinary shares in the U.S. The no. of ADSs to be offered and the price range for the Proposed IPO has not yet been determined. The IPO is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2021 after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.

Hat Peter nicht erst vor paar Wochen, als die ganze Konkurrenz an die Nasdaq kam, gesagt dass sie über ein zweitlisting "nachdenken"? Oder habe ich das falsch in Erinnerung?

Und ich sag es nochmal ich glaube das wir ganz kurz vorm Nasdaq listening sind. Bei Argo war’s schon immer so das der Kurs runter ist bevor News kamen. Ist hier eine Art Tradition🙈
