Argo Blockchain current state of play: 1) The IPO date is potentially Thursday 23rd September 2) The money raised by the IPO is to be used for operational expenses and the development of Texas (that 200MW facility you should be well aware of by now). There is $20,000,000 already reserved for the purchase of new machines. 3) What’s on offer? It is a dual listing between the Nasdaq exchange (ARBK) and LSE (ARB). OTC (ARBKF) is running until the 31st December 2021. After that date, your broker will most likely change your ARBKF shares to ARBK. If you want you can also hold onto your OTC shares and purchase the new ARBK shares. If you do not transfer your ARBKF shares, that is fine. However, after 31st December they will be traded on the OTC pink sheets. 4) The IPO consists of 7,500,000 ADS shares (with an additional 1,125,000 for the underwriters if they apply within 30 days of the prospectus). This leads to a potential total of 8,625,000 ADS’s available in the IPO. The price at which these shares will start trading will be determined by the closing price the night before trading commences. The current rough figure is $18.40, so that is a potential $158,700,000 aggregate price offering. Incredible. $12,000,000 of shares will be locked away for a 90 day period from the date of listing. This means no trading for those institutes that have purchased during the offering. 5) What does this mean? ARBK is being offered as an American Depositary Share (ADS). These are U.S. dollar-denominated equity shares for foreign-based companies. The entire issuance is called an American Depositary Receipt (ADR). You will be purchasing the individual ADS shares. 6) The ADS is operating as a 10:1 wrapper for ARB (LSE). This means that every 1 ARBK share is equal to 10 ARB shares. 7) If you are an ARBKF share holder and you wish to change to ARBK your broker will be able to do that for you. Argo Blockchain will release more information on that front soon. 8) To figure out how this will affect ARBKF shareholders, you divide your current share count by 10, and multiply the value by 10. This listing will increase access to a wider market. At no point will the LSE share price equal the Nasdaq share price. It is a 10:1 ratio, so divide the Nasdaq share price by 10 (then convert $ to £) and you will get a good ball park figure of the LSE share price. Vice versa, multiply the LSE price by 10 (convert £ to $) to get a ball park figure for ARBK. 11) This is all the information we currently have. Argo kompensiert also mehr CO2 als sie erzeugen. Als EINZIGER Miner. Das ist ein riesen Unterschied zur Neutralität.

Nochmal für alle. Argo ist nicht Klimaneutral, sondern positiv. Andere Miner wie Hut, Mara etc. sind lediglich neutral.

Naja, es braucht einfach zugang zum nasdaq und mehr volumen. Die news sind da und werden weiter kommen. Ich finde die tatsache der klimaneutralität schon sehr heftig. Und ein gutes prmanagement, was argo meiner meinung auch bietet. Bei stocktwits hat sich die zahl der viewer deutlich erhöht. Selbst mehr viewer als bspw bitfarms. Bin der meinung man muss einfach Geduldig bleiben. Für mich bleibt argo stark unterbewertet.
