So langsam fange ich echt an zu schwitzen 😥. Was hat dazu geführt, das der Kurs um 14 % fällt ? Jemand ne Ahnung... oder eine vernünftige Erklärung?

An die vielen, die die aktuelle Pressemitteilung nicht verstehen werden: Es heißt, Auxly hat 6 Millionen Aktien (und Schuldverschreibungen im Wert von 400.000 USD) an ISH verkauft, um 845.000 USD aufzubringen, was den Anteil von Auxly von 12,9% auf 9,8% senkt. Das ist nicht unbedingt negativ da dadurch eine weitere Verdünnung vermieden wird. Es ist wirklich interessant wie in Deutschland in diversen Foren über verschiedene Unternehmen diskutiert wird. Gier frisst Hirn. Ich bin auch über 15k im minus. Und ich kaufe regelmäßig nach. Ihr habt in einer Penny Aktie investiert und wollt das schnelle Geld machen. Es ist eine neue Branche die hoch spekulativ ist, das sollte jeder einzelne von euch wissen. Ich bin niemals sauer auf Auxly oder auf mich selbst, wir sind alle hier um grosse Gewinne zu machen. Und jeder der keine Geduld hat und gierig ist sollte hier nicht investieren. Auxly wird ab q4 2020 frühstens auf voller Produktion laufen und dann sollten es pro Quartal mindestens 30 Millionen an Umsatz sein. Ich kaufe jede Woche Aktien seid 2 Jahren und es geht immer weiter nach unten. Ja und. Es ist mir egal ich investiere in die Zukunft und bin hier nicht gierig zum zocken. Lasst es liegen oder steigt aus wenn ihr keine Geduld habt. Jeder muss es für sich entscheiden und ich verstehe das viele enttäuscht sind vom aktuellen Kurs. Das bin ich auch. Aber wer sich genug informiert und recherchiert der wird wissen das Auxlys Produkte die mit Abstand besten auf dem Markt sind. Qualität gewinnt am Ende immer. Apple kannte früher auch keiner ;) habt Geduld und lasst es einfach liegen. Von der Insolvenz ist Auxly weit entfernt, weil ab jetzt jedes Quartal mehr Umsatz generiert wird. Das ist alles nur meine Meinung. Ich möchte niemanden zum kaufen oder verkaufen animieren. Informiert euch und entscheidet selbst. Ich bin nur ein normaler Familienvater der für sich und seine Kinder in die Zukunft anlegt. Viel Erfolg euch.

The disposition was completed through the Canadian Securities Exchange where Inner Spirit's common shares and convertible debentures are listed for trading. Since Auxly’s security holding percentage of Inner Spirit is now below 10%, following the filing of the early warning report in connection with the disposition, Auxly will no longer file early warning or insider reports in respect of Auxly’s ownership of Inner Spirit’s securities, except as may be required by applicable law. Following the disposition, Auxly continues to have ownership and control of 19,941,177 common shares, 3,000,000 warrants, and 600,000 options to purchase common shares of Inner Spirit.
