Ich hab's auch erst heut Morgen gesehen.. .

Denke den Deal hat nicht wirklich jemand interessiert und es ist eher ne kleine Korrektur. Zumal ich die Deal auf offiziellen Seiten nicht finden konnte(Finanzen.net OnVista etc.) Daher haben es viele nicht gesehen

Geht deswegen der Kurs so runter?

Mr. Chuck Rifici reports CANNABIS WHEATON INCOME CORP. ANNOUNCES PROPOSED SHARES FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT Cannabis Wheaton Income Corp. (doing business as Wheaton Income) has entered into settlement agreements with certain of its creditors, pursuant to which the company intends to settle an aggregate of $3,064,943 of debt in consideration for the issuance of an aggregate of 3,018,109 common shares of the company. The company determined to satisfy the indebtedness with common shares to preserve its cash for financing its streaming agreements and for general working capital purposes. The completion of the shares-for-debt settlement is subject to receipt of approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The common shares issued pursuant to the shares-for-debt settlement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day. Insiders of the company will be issued an aggregate of 61,250 common shares pursuant to the shares-for-debt settlement, which will constitute a related-party transaction as defined under Multilateral Instrument 61-101. The proposed shares-for-debt settlement is exempt from the formal valuation approval requirements of MI 61-101 as none of the securities of the company are listed on a prescribed stock exchange. The proposed shares-for-debt settlement is exempt from the minority shareholder approval requirements of MI 61-101 as at the time the shares-for-debt settlement was agreed to, neither the fair market value of the shares-for-debt settlement, nor the fair market value of the consideration for the shares-for-debt settlement, insofar as it involves interested parties, exceeded 25 per cent of the company's market capitalization.

Ab Anfang 2019 werden wir hier Geld verdienen. Die Vorarbeit ist jetzt erst mal dran. Jetzt kaufen und liegen lassen. Das braucht seine Zeit.

Der aktuelle Aktienpreis ist mir ziemlich egal und sagt auch nichts aus. Entscheidend sind Deals bis Juli und das Jahr 2018

Inwiefern tut sich was ?

Wenn man heute und die letzten Tage verfolgt merkt man das sich endlich was tut...

Wir werden es sehen. Bereits sehr nicht Aurora damals bei 1,80 gekauft zu haben

Warum sollte CW von einen der Großen übernommen werden , denn CW ist mir ihrem Know How doch was für Kleinere unerfahrene Unternehmen was und nicht für solche die laufen . Ich lese überall das Sie 15 Streamingpartner haben , kenne aber nur Abcann. Hoffentlich sind die anderen nur nicht Börsennotiert und existieren hoffentlich . Der Apothekendeal mit Kanata ist auch zweifelhaft , deren Internetseite ist völlig blanko . Ich hoffe trotzdem das beste .

Grundsätzlich sollte nichts ausgeschlossen werden. Wenn ich Canopy Growth oder Aurora Cannabis betrachte kann der Punkt 3 wahrscheinlich sein, was ich nicht hoffe. Ich hoffe das CW bei der obersten Liga sich etabliert, weil das Potenzial vorhanden ist.Wir haben sogar RockGarden eine Lizensierten Hersteller gekauft. Jedocjäh wenn ich sehe wie oft Hugo Alves pro Aurora etwas postet auf Twitter, dann bekomm ich ein komisches Gefühl.

Gibt halt 3 Skenarien. 1 CW wird nicht laufen und ein Großteil des Geldes ist weg (sehe ich aber als unwahrscheinlich an da ja Einkünfte bereits gesichert sind) 2.CW wird sich aufgrund des Modells durchsetzten/mit bei den großen Mitspielen und wir machen gut Profite 3. CW ist zwar nicht schlecht aber die Konkurrenz mit Teilweise und einigeß mehr an Kapital verdrängt oder übernimmt CW

Wäre echt gut...zb.das Abcan Ernten tut und eine gute Ernte hat...endlich irgendwo her auch mal Geld reinkommt...auf längere Zeit denk ich wird die kräftig steigen...bin hier jetzt schon kräftig dabei...ich denk mir etwas Geduld ewird es sich auch lohnen...

Gegen gute News hätte ich auch nichts ....
