Auxly Announces Listing of Warrants Friday, July 27, 2018, 7:00 AM ET Auxly Announces Listing of Warrants VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Auxly Cannabis Group Inc. (TSX.V - XLY) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") for the listing of 32,200,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") of the Company on the TSXV as a supplemental listing. The Warrants were issued pursuant to a debenture unit offering of the Company completed on January 16, 2018. The Warrants are expected to commence trading on the TSXV under the symbol "XLY.WT.A" at the open of the market on July 30, 2018. Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $1.80 per share at any time prior to 4:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on January 16, 2020. The Warrants are governed by a warrant indenture between the Company and Computershare Trust Company of Canada dated July 24, 2018. Morgen werden die Shorter nochmal runtertreiben...und die ängstlichen mit ihren stops raushauen und dann geht's kurz vor Schluss wieder nach oben :-)

@Tippi @Jorginho: Sehe ich genauso, dabei bleiben und weiter Nachlegen! Wenn die 0,5€ fällt wird wie gewohnt nachgekauft. Wenn es mit der 0,4X nichts wird, auch gut! Sehe keinen Grund zittrig zu werden, es hat sich nichts geändert! Alles Gut! Erst wenn ich verkaufe ist der Verlust real...ist doch nur Geld ;-)

Totalverlust? Ist doch totaler Quatsch das Unternehmen ist am Anfang und investiert in mehrere Unternehmen aus dem Cannabis Sektor. Also müsste der ganze Sektor zusammen brechen was ich nicht glaube. Im Endeffekt stehen wir da wir letzten Sommer auch standen. Also am Anfang es wird spannend wenn Gewinne/Verluste/Umsätze gemacht werden...

Etwas warte ich noch. Bis spätestens Ende September wenn sich nichts ändert zwecks clearstream
