Warum ist die Aktie nur am fallen

Ich meinte den kurssturz heute, aber gutes Unternehmen und da geht's auch wieder hoch.

Naja ich find das nicht so krass. Das hat doch jd und ali auch gemacht. Aber das ist schon länger bekannt. Demensprechend liegt der fall nicht daran eher am nasdaq

Krass und nicht unbedingt nachvollziehbar...

Der Fall gestern lag an Kapitalerhöhung?

Abgesehen davon ohne die zahlen zu nochmal geprüft zu haben ca. 400 mio neuemission bei ca. 2 mrd market cap wäre eine korrektur von 20%

Quatsch das war schon eingepreist da schon seit august auch in der höhe quasi bekannt war.

Das ist ja eine Kapital Erhöhung,also Verwässerung unserer Aktien. Somit lag der Verfall gestern daran

Nee glaub ich net. Schau dir den nasdaq markt. Und baozun reagiert immer sehr heftig... ( small cap)

International underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 6M new shares. Hong Kong public offering price will be no more than HK$103.90/share and the International offering tranche price may be set at a level higher than the domestic offer price by September 23, 2020. Net proceeds will be used for expanding its brand partner network, enhancing its digital marketing and fulfillment capabilities, potential strategic alliances, investment in technology and innovation, and potential merger and acquisition opportunities. Previously, the company anticipated GMV growth of at least 15% and strong growth in non-GAAP operating profits in 3Q20.
