View this email in your browser Vancouver – September 15, 2017 – CRYSTAL EXPLORATION INC. (the “Company” or “Crystal”) (TSXV: “CEI”) (OTCQB: “CYRTF”) proposes to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 4,166,666 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.12 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each Unit will consist of one (1) flow-through common share, and one-half (1/2) non flow-through common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one (1) additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.18 for a period of 12 months from the date of issue of the warrant. In the event that the common shares of the Company trade at a closing price greater than $0.36 per share for a period of 20 consecutive days, then the Company may deliver a notice to the warrant holders that they must exercise the warrants with the next 30 days, or the warrants will expire. Proceeds from the private placement will be used for Canadian exploration expenditures to advance gold and diamond projects located in Nunavut, Canada. All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") and finder's fees may be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSXV. Habe heute bei 0.058 den Zuschlag bekommen. Brief war da noch bei 0.073. Könnte meinen EK schön drücken. Dieses Jahr noch 2 Stellig.... Im Centbereich natürlich :)

Geht wieder mal noch tiefer.. Zum Glück bin ich hier nur mit Spielgeld dabei.

Haha ja schon aber ohne Gewähr natürlich :) ich bin werde wenn der Kurs so bleibt und Geld da ist auch nochmal nachlegen. Ich hab dann wenn's klappt 20.000 Stück. Und dann eben warten warten warten achbund hoffen :) aber wiegesagt durch die insiderkäufe egal wie klein... Das ist das erste was sich nach langem getan hat und das eben auch in kurzer Zeit... Lässt eben vermuten daß was ansteht evtl. Ausserdem wenn ich mich nicht täusche läuft ja auch aktuell eine kE zu 10cent deshalb geht der Kurs auch nicht höher oooder niedriger

Ich würde abwarten. Es wurden mehrfach schon News für Ende 17 angekündigt. Dann kommt dazu das Grad immer wieder kleine Stückzahlen gekauft wurden. Insiderkauf. Ja das ist nicht die Welt. Aber man darf nicht vergessen das sind keine Millionäre .. die haben auch nicht die dicke Kohle.... Im August wurden immerhin 20.000 Stück gekauft im öffentlichen Markt... Nicht viel aber besser als nix. Ich hab schon grosse Hoffnungen hier auch wenn's dauert. Lass die nur Mal einen Joint Ventures Partner vorstellen und oder die Jericho Miene akquirieren....

7 Monate warte ich jetzt schon auf ein wenig Erholung, es passiert nichts. Nachdem sie im Februar /März abgestürzt war, kommt kein bisschen Gegenreaktion. Ich glaube ich gebe auf und gehe zu Palatin die 46% die ich hier miese gemacht habe hole ich mir dort wieder.

Ich hab mich auch weggeschmissen
