Ich hoffe lange nicht. Steuerrechtlich wären Dividenden aus Norwegen stressig. Bin froh, dass sie schlau genug sind Aktienrückkäufe zu machen. Dividende gibt es hoffe ich hier erst in Minimum 5 Jahren 😂

Mal ne anfängerfrage 😅 ab wann kann man sich über Dividenden Gedanken manchen? Werden bei aktuellen zinssätzen erst die Kredite gezahlt, und noch weiter aufgebaut? Eher so 2025 oder noch viel später?

Erst die Aktien verwässert und an alle möglichen Partner verschleudert, nun ein Versuch den Kurs zu heben...

Die Verwässerung war zu Beginn notwendig, um jenes Wachstum, das wir gerade sehen, sicherzustellen. Zugegeben die letzte KE war enorm, liegt aber auch schon etwas zurück. Dem vorgeschlagenen Aktienrückkaufprogramm werde ich bei der Hauptversammlung zustimmen.

The Board of Directors has resolved to ask the general meeting for a board authorization for the option to acquire up to 7,000,000 own shares, at a purchase price of up to NOK 14.60 per share (representing book equity per share excluding minority interests). The authorization covers approximately 2.4% of the Company's share capital. The background for the proposal is that Cloudberry, subject to the prevailing market conditions, observes that the most discounted kWh’s in the Nordic market is the current market value of our own portfolio implicitly from the share price. With a cash balance of above NOK 1 bn (Q2 2023) the option to buy back own shares is in line with our flexible business model, will require less than 10% of the excising cash and is not expected to influence targeted growth opportunities. The Board will convene an extraordinary general meeting, expected to be held 28 September 2023, to deal with the proposal.

Hört sich erstmal gut an. Buyback bei tiefen Kursen ist immer gut. Wachstum auf Zwang ist auch nicht alles :)
