CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE TECHNOLOGIES PROVIDES AN UPDATE TO ITS EXECUTED LETTER OF INTENT WITH H. CEGIELSKI - POZNAN S.A. Cegielski – Poznań S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), one of Poland’s leading defence and industrial groups. HCP, headquartered in Poznań, is a historic and strategically significant manufacturing enterprise within the Polish defence sector, to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and eastern Europe. The LOI reflects a shared intent to combine CiTech’s Nexus 20 technology with HCP’s established manufacturing, integration, and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO’s Eastern Flank. Update The agreed roadmap under the LOI to advance the partnership was: • A visit by Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, to HCP headquarters in Poznań to progress and finalise commercial, technical and logistical arrangements • Delivery of the first Nexus 20 prototype unit to HCP’s Poznań facility for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders. Between May 20-24, Brenton Scott visited HCP Headquarters in Poznań inspecting the various factories, with discussions now well advanced in establishing a long-term strategic partnership. The first Nexus 20 has now been dispatched to HCP’s Poznań facility and will arrive late July 2026 (see pictures below) Scope of Intended Cooperation Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP intend to collaborate in the following areas: • Production and Assembly: Establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. • Technology Transfer: Facilitating the transfer of technical know-how to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support. • Strategic Market Expansion: Leveraging HCP’s position within the PGZ Group and CiTech’s international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts. Der Nexus könnte auch in einer der Container sein. Wer weiß. Alles Spekulation.

Erst in Vancouver landen und für Juno liefern und dann weiter fliegen nach St John würde mehr Sinn machen.

Der Nexus wäre innerhalb von 1 Woche mit der Antonov vor Ort.Klotzen statt kleckern heißt das neue Motto 😅

Heute geht gar nichts an Volumen. Möglicherweise wegen dem Feiertag in DE. Vielleicht kommt Volumen rein wenn die Kanadier dabei sind.

Es hieß doch auch, 5 Nexus 20 sind im Bau. Also kann das auch deiner von denen sein.

Und alle die "SCAM" schreien: Wieso baut man das Ding, und verschifft es nach Polen? Macht keinen Sinn. Schön, das es los/weiter geht. Die Polen werden dann in Europa fertigen. Brauchts nur noch Bestellungen aus diversen Ländern in Europa. Dann läuft der Laden.

Wollen wir mal hoffen,das der Nexus im Hintergrund nicht der für Grönland ist.Der sollte nämlich schon im Mai vor Ort sein.Ein Nexus ist auf jeden Fall schon mal auf dem Weg und das ist endlich mal eine gute Nachricht.

Das schaut gut aus, im Hintergrund ist das zweite in gelb zusehen.
