Curevac listed in August 2020 on the Nasdaq- the share price went to $85.00 on the first day of listing- this was based on Curevac asset value and its shares in issue- the vaccine was to go into phase 1 trail. When Pfizer announced their results- actually breaking all stock market rules and allowing insider trading- Cureavc share price climbed to $151. By January it had settled around $110.00 and still not in phase 2/3. Curevac announced a Funding round to raise $450 million by issuing 5 million new shares at $95.00 per share- this allocation was taken up by institutional funds and ran through brokers including BoFA. The result was the share price dropped to $83.25 for around 1 hour and climbed back- days later GSK announced a new partnership with the existing vaccine and a second Generation vaccine which GSK new would be needed due to the utter failure of Pfizer and Moderna Astra Zeneca. Over the following months the trial started in phase 2/3- albeit Biden refusing to allow raw materials for the vaccine trial needed for 40,000 people- this resulted in a delay on the vaccine going into trial in Latin America- some trial were delayed so much by Biden dirty tricks and vaccine nationalism- a trial in Mexico did not start till April 15 – by this time the variants had started to mutate much to Biden and Pfizer joy. Curevac had stated they hoped to have preliminary data by end of April and the full data of the trial in Q2. Subsequently Biden and Modi WHO started calling for patent lifting- this of course suited Biden Aamerica fist policy and Duck everyone else- during April May- Pfizer started promoting there vaccine in the EU telling people to srop out of the trial- something I am very much aware of due to colleagues in the Netherland being pressured to drop out. Now the debacle of the German Gov and DSMB changing rules the EMA changing rules on trails asking for extended trial Curevac still pressed ahead and met this request- with hindsight- should have curevac refused this and told the German DSMB and EMA to take a running Jump. Now Wednesday after a smear campaign against Curevac and the DSMB briefing media and politicians leaking data – Curevac endured a dreadful 2 week period. We get the data- its a huge cachet of data- something never seen or done in any trial world wide before. Faz Net publication with Insider Business trying to leak data resulted in a SEC filing Wednsday night- all legalm and proper. The events we know- but to read posts like I have this last 4 days is not good- I can say it disgusts me how the posters even dare post the lies- smears they do- but as we know Biontech is Pfizer pet poodle and German have fell head over heels in love with the America first policy. If you are unhappy with your investment just sell and disappear- you have nothing you want- you say Curevac is worthless- so take a walk. I know its value to me- I know its value long term- I know its pipeline is more advanced than any mRNA and as the best partner in GSK- and the comment Biontech and black skin cancer- what ignorant twit writes such garbage. Its time for those who want out to get out- you throw your toys out of the pram/stroller- gambled money you could not afford to lose and blame everyone for bad decision making. Curevac assets are great $14.2 billion- the vaccine is one of 38 products in a pipeline- Biontech don’t have or will they ever have a vaccine pipeline like Curevac- as they do not have a GSK who are moving everything to mRNA with curevac.. Rather than shouting on the sidelines and re ramping basking- just go to a forum where you can pump up your stocks and lose your capital doing it

Darum sind Spekulationen in welche Höhen sich der Kurs bewegt - oder auch nicht - obsolet ! Eine weitere Ausbreitung der Delta- Variante- so furchtbar sie für das Gemeinwohl auch sein mag , erhöht natürlich den Druck auf die EMA alle nur wirksamen Medikamente zuzulassen! Bei der EU herrscht nach den Katastrophen ,bezüglich der Bestellung des Impfstoff , der Grundsatz vor , lieber Zuviel , als Zuwenig ! Die armen Parlamentarier müssen es ja nicht bezahlen ! Man stelle sich nur vor einer der Curevac Probanden steckt sich damit an und hat einen milden Verlauf ! Nicht auszudenken! Und noch etwas ! Hier wird mit Zahlen jongliert bezüglich der Wirksamkeit einzelner Impfstoffe in Hinsicht der Delta Variante - da frag ich mich wann wurde das getestet ! Ist dies ein mathematischer Annäherungswert oder was

Die grundsätzliche Frage um die sich alles dreht , ist einzig wird Curevac die Zulassung bekommen?? Alle weiterführenden Gedanken Wünsche Einschätzungen etc. Sind davon abhängig!

@Erhard123 na ganz so sehe ich es nicht... Aber es wird wohl erst noch etwas Richtung Süden gehen, da die Rebound Gewinne gezogen werden. Wenn im Herbst /Winter wieder höhere Zahlen kommen, kommt auch Curevac. Es dauert eben: bis a bissle nochbessert isch... Auf gut schwäbisch. m. M.

Chiro62, wie kommst du auf Kurse von 70 Euro? Den Kurs nach oben hatte hier nur die Hoffnung auf die Zulassung getrieben. Aber eines ist sicher, dieses Jahr wird von Curevac nichts mehr kommen. Sehe hier mit Hoffnung für 2022 Kurse zwischen 35 - 40 Euro für ein Unternehmen was noch nichts hat und mit Pech vielleicht den Zug ganz verpassen wird. Die Zukunft ist ganz klar Biontech. Auch das Krebsmedikament für den schwarzen Hautkrebs ist schon in Phase 2.

Verwunschen mein Traum in Mattigkeit, am Wegesrand find ich Glückseligkeit. Altes Holz ward hochgeschossen in Jahrzehnten wurden sie Genossen.
