Canadian Palladium Resources kündigt Privatplatzierung an 10:37 Uhr  |  Minenportal.de  Canadian Palladium Resources Inc. gab gestern bekannt, dass es die Durchführung einer Privatplatzierung plant. In deren Rahmen sollen Einheiten zu einem Preis von 0,12 Dollar je Einheit für einen Bruttoerlös von 3,5 Millionen Dollar ausgegeben werden. Jede Einheit besteht aus einer Stammaktie des Unternehmens und einem Aktienkaufwarrant. Jeder Kaufwarrant berechtigt den Halter innerhalb von 12 Monaten nach Ausgabedatum eine weitere Stammaktie des Unternehmens zu einem Preis von 0,18 Dollar je Aktie zu erwerben. Die Nettoeinnahmen sollen zur Finanzierung des Palladiumprojektes East Bull sowie für allgemeine Kapitalzwecke verwendet werden.

Es gibt hier wieder mal eine Namensänderung. Canadian Palladium Resources Inc. ist der neue Firmennamen.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 18, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 21C Metals Inc.  (“21C” or the “Company”) (CSE: BULL) (FRA: DCR1) (OTCQB: DCNNF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of engagement with Eight Capital, under which Eight Capital, acting as agent for the Company, has agreed to offer for sale units of the Company (the “Units”) on a “best efforts” private placement basis, subject to all required regulatory approvals, at a price per Unit of $0.18 (the “Issue Price”) for total gross proceeds of up  $2,000,016. Each Unit shall consist of one common share of the Company (a “Share”) and one common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant shall entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Share at a price of $0.30 for a period of 24 months following the Closing Date. If, following the closing of the Offering, the volume weighted average price of the Common Shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange is equal to or greater than $0.40 for any 10 consecutive trading days, the Company may, upon providing written notice to the holders of Warrants, accelerate the expiry date of the Warrants to the date that is 30 days following the date of such written notice. The Company has granted Eight Capital an over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 11,111,200 Units at the Offering Price, exercisable in whole or in part, at any time on or prior to 48 hours prior to the closing of the Offering. If this option is exercised in full, an additional $2,000,016 will be raised pursuant to the Offering and the aggregate proceeds of the Offering will be up to approximately $4,000,032. The Company intends to use the proceeds from the offering to commence exploration work on the company's East Bull palladium and Tisova cobalt properties and for general working capital. The closing date of the Offering is scheduled to be on or about April 12, 2019 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange and the applicable securities regulatory authorities. As consideration for its services, Eight Capital will receive a cash commission equal to 7% of the gross proceeds of the Offering. The Company will also issue to Eight Capital compensation warrants in an amount equal to 7% of the number of Units sold pursuant to the Offering. Each compensation warrant will exercisable to purchase one Unit at the Issue Price, for a period of 24 months. Consorsbank Nachrichten DJ Volkswagen prüft Beteiligung an Batterie-Zellfertigung WOLFSBURG (Dow Jones)--Volkswagen erwägt den Einstieg in eine Fertigung von Batteriezellen. "Wir haben heute die Entscheidung getroffen, die Beteiligung an einer Batteriefertigung zu prüfen", sagte VW-Chef Herbert Diess. Alleine für den gesamten Konzern seien für die Elektrowagen bis 2023 jährlich knapp 150 Gigawattstunden notwendig. "Aktuell gibt es in Europa erst Kapazitäten für 20 Gigawattstunden", so der Manager im Anschluss an eine Aufsichtsratssitzung. Bis 2025 wollen die Wolfsburger etwa 50 neue rein batteriegetriebene Fahrzeuge auf den Markt bringen. Der E-Autoabsatz soll dann bei rund 3 Millionen liegen - knapp ein Drittel des heutigen Konzernabsatzes. Um die Gefahr von Lieferproblemen so gering wie möglich zu halten und ausreichend Zellen zur Verfügung zu haben, könnte sich VW zweigleisig aufstellen. Mit den asiatischen Konzernen SK Innovation, LG Chem, Samsung und CATL wurden bereits umfangreiche Zuliefererverträge für Batteriezellen vereinbart. Und an die die zum teil noch einen ek zu 7 und 8 cent bei declan ressources haben... der aktuelle kurs muss sich mindestens verzwangigfachen damit ihr eurem ek zumindest in die nähe kommt. Naja vielt. klappt es ja mit dem feenstaub, wäre dann zumindest ein schönes märchen.

Lasst euch nicht einlullen von der werbung und den trollen hier... Von den angepriessenen 300% gewinn habe ich 98% verlust. Wollten anfangs als declan ressources uran abbauen, auf der webseite waren riesen berichte, wie ergiebig doch alles ist und wie erfolgreich bereits die konkurrenten abbauen... im endeffekt, außer floskeln nichts gewesen... die ganzen unabhängigen propheten waren hier auch ganz schnell weg... jetzt kommen die mit cobalt, morgen gold... übermorgen mit feenstaub. Im chart könnt ihr den absturz weit unter einen cent nicht erkennen da die aktien irgendwann 300 zu 1 zusammengelgt wurde.
