Record quarter sees Droneshield (ASX:DRO) flying high Technology Darren Greendarren.green@themarketherald.com.au04 January 2021 13:45 Electronic warfare company Droneshield (DRO) has confirmed a record quarter as cash receipts in the three months to December improved. The results include around $2.1 million of customer cash inflows with a further approximately $250,000 in grants, for a total of roughly $2.4 million in cash received. More detailed information regarding cashflows will be provided in Droneshield's quarterly report, which is due to be released in late January. DroneShield’s CEO Oleg Vornik commented, “The record quarterly receipts consisted of a wide geographic range of customers, including the 'Five Eyes' countries." This international organisation is an intelligence alliance consisting of Australia, New Zealand, U.K., Canada and the U.S. "Our global model continues to ramp up as defence customers increase their spending, despite the COVID environment. The quarterly receipts also include both first time and repeat orders." "Importantly, both our near-term pipeline and the manufacturing order book are at an all-time high," he stated. Providing protection against a wide range of improvised threats such as drones and other unmanned vehicles, Droneshield aims to protect military, law enforcement, critical infrastructure and VIPs throughout the world. The company hit a twelve-month trading low of 8.4 cents in April last year before a string of positive announcements saw the share price reach 25 cents in September. DRO shares are trading up 8.82 per cent at 18.5 cents at 12:08 pm AEDT.

A Five Eyes country has upped its recent order for DroneShield’s DroneGun December 29, 2020 | Peter Farquhar Drone security company DroneShield (ASX:DRO) has maintained its late-2020 momentum, signing another DroneGun order for a government agency of a “Five Eyes country”. The $400,000 order for DroneShield’s spectacular-looking DroneGun Tactical handheld device is a follow-up from the same customer who made a $900K order on October 1. The Five Eyes network is a signals intelligence alliance between the US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. The sale is subject to pending export approvals. It adds to an already solid December, taking purchase approvals for the quarter past the $3 million mark and its share price to double that of its April low of 9c. DroneShield expects the market for its counter-drone technology to expand and be worth $US4.5bn ($6.2bn) by 2026, driven by rising international tensions. In the past two weeks DroneShield has deployed its counter-drone tech at the Altenrhein Airport in Switzerland. Its RfOne product tracks and detects unauthorised drones, before its DroneOpt system identifies the drone and its payload. The DroneGun and several other products were also rolled out at the recent US Army DiDEX 20 exhibition at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. DroneShield CEO Oleg Vornik said the follow-up sale “demonstrates adoption of our products at a mature sales cycle level, where ongoing repeat orders of a meaningful scale start to occur”.

Es schwankt aber immer. Das ist normal

Das weiß ich nicht. Die Umsatzsprünge sind in der jüngeren Vergangenheit von Quartal zu Quartal aber immer ganz ordentlich gewesen. Teilweise über 40%💪

Weiss jemand, welchen Umsatz die in 2021 machen wollen in Euro?

Und die beste Technik. Sonst sähe es vertragsmäßig mit Sicherheit anders aus
