On July 31, 2023, the Company was notified by the Staff that it had determined that the Company’s common stock had a closing bid price of $0.10 or less for ten consecutive trading days from July 17, 2023 through July 28, 2023. Accordingly, since the Company was subject to the provisions set forth under Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A)(iii), the Staff had determined to delist the Company’s securities from The Nasdaq Capital Market. The Staff letter stated that unless the Company requests an appeal of the Staff’s determination, trading of the Company’s common stock will be suspended at the opening of business on August 9, 2023, and a Form 25-NSE will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which will remove the Company’s securities from listing and registration on The Nasdaq Stock Market. The Company plans to timely submit a hearing request to Nasdaq’s Hearings Department, which will stay the suspension of the Company’s common stock and the filing of the Form 25-NSE pending the panel’s decision.
