Wow, $UUUU and $WUC has agreed, probably signing the agreement this week. #Uranium deliveries expected to start by March 1. No mining costs this year, since the ore is already stockpiled. They will also work at the Hansen-Taylor project with over 50 Mlbs where mining could start within 4-5 years. Evtl ist Energy Fuels deswegen so scharf auf das Uran Erz von Western Uranium???

Am Ende wird es so sein dass aus dem regionalen Clinch ein nationales Interesse wird. Da es hier um die Energieversorgung geht. EF größter US Erzeuger. Dann hatte der Govaneur seine Chance und es wird hinter den Gardinen festgelegt, wie es abläuft, so dass jeder sein Gesicht wahrt.
Das Interesse vieler wiegt schwerer als das Interesse weniger.

Am besten finde ich den Absatz, dass die US Versorgungsunternehmen 2025 mit den neuen Vertragsverhandlungen beginnen müssten. Viele haben ja noch den "alten" Preis. 😏

Securing Critical Minerals Vital to National Security, Official Says
There are 17 elements on the periodic table referred to as rare earth. DOD needs nearly all of them in some capacity, he noted.
To address this critical need, the department has embarked on a five-year rare earth investment strategy to build domestic capacity. There is only one rare earth mine currently active in the United States, he noted.
Partnering with allies is also key to success, he said. Earlier this year, Congress added the United Kingdom and Australia as domestic sources, in addition to Canada, for purposes of the Defense Production Act.
