As you own the stock through Comdirect Bank, have you reached out to them to attempt to get a control number (16 digits)? This will allow you to vote on www.proxyvote.com unless they have a separate voting website that you are to use to vote. If you call them and speak to a representative, tell them that you require a control # to vote your shares for the adjourned meeting in Neothetics Inc. If they tell you they cannot get you the control #, then that is incorrect. Comdirect Bank will have to reach out their 'back office' or corporate actions department to request the control # from the North American custodian. Also you can ask them who their North American Custodian is that they deal with for this stock.
