Evotec schreibt übrigens folgendes zum Angebot von Halo:
"In einer weiteren außerordentlichen Aufsichtsratssitzung im November 2024 wurde der Aufsichtsrat über einen unverbindlichen Vorschlag von Halozyme Therapeutics zum Erwerb aller Aktien des Unternehmens informiert. Gemeinsam mit dem Vorstand sowie Rechts- und Finanzberatern wurde das Angebot bewertet, um die Position von Evotec zu formulieren. Halozyme zog sein Angebot unerwartet innerhalb einer Woche zurück, noch bevor das Unternehmen seinen internen Bewertungsprozess abgeschlossen hatte." Seite 14, Geschäftsbericht 2024.
Halo behauptet hingegen: "Halozyme decided to withdraw the acquisition bid following the unwillingness of Evotec’s management to discuss the potential buyout offer. Und die beiden sollen nun plötzlich Übernahmegespräche führen? Ausschließen sollte man an der Börse nie etwas, doch wie hoch ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit nach dieser Vorgeschichte?
