Widerspruch heisst nicht gleich das man Recht hat... und recht haben und recht bekommen sind auch zwei paar schuhe

Ja die habe ich auch aber solange der ukraine Konflikt bleibt können wir nichts machen Und selbst bei einem "Frieden" bleibt die Frage wie lange die sanktionen bestehen bleiben

Hatten ja auch widersprochen

Klingt als findet der demerger erstmal nicht statt

Evraz PLC said Friday it is suspending the planned spinoff of its coal assets consolidated under PJSC Raspadskaya, pending clarification about recent U.K. sanctions and shareholder rights from Russian authorities. The London-based steel-making and mining company—which mainly operates in Russia—said it was suspending the process “indefinitely” while it waits for clarification about sanctions from the U.K. Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation and HM Treasury. It is also waiting for clarification from the Russian authorities on shareholder rights to sell any shares received as part of the demerger process.
